Where is canada ?

1. Canada is located half circle of Indonesia and Hong Kong

2. Canada is located between Arctic and USA

3. The Minimum of travel is about >18 hours by plane and there’s no direct flight from Indonesia

4. The Time Difference is either 12 – 13 hours from Indonesia or 13-14 hours from Hong Kong.

How is Canada ?

1. Due to the nature of the location, Canada is mostly COLD and SNOWY. SUN only appears

maximum is 4 months in a year

2. During Winter, the temperature will be around -15oC in some places can reach -40oC

3. During Summer, the temperature will be around 24 – 30 oC

4. Average Temperature is around 20oC

5. Canada is the second largest Area in the world with 33 million population while Indonesia

is the 6th Largest area in the world with 260 million people 4th most populated in the world

6. 60% Immigrants in 2007 are coming from Asia (including Middle East) and 1/3 population

are immigrants by 2031 and dominats by Chinese, Indian and Philipines

7.The Population Density 3/km2 (Hong Kong is 6254/km2) thus make Public Transportation

is not as convenience as Hong Kong and Driving Skill is required in Canada

8. Canada currency is Canada Dollar which slightly lower than US Dollar

9. Canada has two major language which is English and French. French mostly used in East

Area (Quebec, Nova Scotia)

What is Live-in Caregiver ?

Live-in Caregiver basically is the same jobs as Nannies / Domestic Helper / Elderly Care and the Caregiver will live the in the same house with the employer, that’s why it called LIVE-IN

What is my job ?

Your JOB is the same as what you do in HONG KONG/TAIWAN/SINGAPORE, NOTHING DIFFERENT, which are :

1. Taking care Elderly/Babies/Children

2. Cleaning the House

3. And Basic Domestic Worker

"So there WILL BE NO strict 8 hours work and overtime arrangement, as it is considered part of The Family, and you live in the same house”

What are the benefit ?

1. Better salary than Hong Kong/Taiwan/Singapore

2. Better Environment

3. After 24 months, ONLY Live-In Caregiver can Apply for Citizenship or Permanent Resident thus will enjoy benefit of :

-- Spouse and Children can stay in Canada with the same benefit of Canadian

-- Free School up-to High School, and Free Medical Treatment

What is Visa Process ?

1. Visa process is an individual assessment towards applicant who wish to work in Canada.The assessment included skill/experience qualification , English Capability with direct Interview, Attitude, and Background Checking.

2. The Visa process is purely regarding the Applicant and NOT RELATED what so ever with Employer, Binamandiri and Canada Agency

How long is the Bank Loan ?

min 12 Months

1. Although you have enough Money to settle the Loan less than 12 Months, the Loan is remain 12 Months

2. Although you deposit all the loan Money + interest, the Bank will keep the Loan open and deduct every month until the loan duration

3. Bank doesn’t have any profit from Short Loan

4. Bank would like to consider to have good and long relationship with the customer, give good credit to the bank

5. Longer Duration will also increase interest

What is false document ?

1. Using False NAME, which is different with your Birth Certificate and Diploma

- Different name with Additional Name such as Father’s name and Baptist Name is acceptable and not consider False

2. Using False Birth Date, which is different with your Birth Certificate and Diploma

3. Different Address is NOT FALSE INFORMATION

What i have to do FIRST ?

1. Check whether I am QUALIFIED or NOT ?

2. If I am not Computer literate , Go to Internet Café and create an email account.

3. Create a Facebook Account and ADD Binamadiri

4. Fill the CV form and Fax to 30079161

5. Or send by email to recruitment@binamandiri.com with the photo

6. If you are qualified, then we will make phone interview.

7. If you are acceptable in our assessment, then Improve your English Skill
